Information you choose to provide
When you call or email, Snakes in the City may receive your name, phone number, email address, service address, access instructions, photographs and information about the snake or reptile sighting. This information is used to assess and deliver the requested service, communicate with you and maintain necessary business records.
Photographs and field stories
A customer photograph or call-out detail will not be presented as a public testimonial or field story without an appropriate basis for publication. Identifying details should be removed where they are unnecessary. Illustrative images on local service pages are clearly identified and are not represented as customer photographs.
External services
This website links to Google Maps, recognised media publishers, Healthdirect, the Australian Museum and other external sources. Those organisations operate their own websites and privacy practices. If live Google reviews are enabled, review information is requested from Google and displayed with the attribution and source links supplied by Google.
Storage, access and correction
Reasonable steps should be taken to protect customer information from misuse or unauthorised access. You may contact Snakes in the City to request access to, or correction of, personal information held about you, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
Contact
Privacy questions can be directed to snakes@v2.snakesinthecity.com.au or raised by calling 0411 103 488.
